Why is this scheme beneficial for first-year students?
Students will be put into groups, allowing you to meet other students informally in your first weeks at university.
Your mentor will be able to give you first-hand advice.
It provides students with an informal method of communication to voice any concerns or questions you have.
What is your role as a Law Guardian?
To welcome students to the university.
Be an informal point of contact between staff and students.
Signpost students to relevant staff members and services at the university.
To share information on relevant events, activities and societies.
